Job Description

What you will do

  • Responsible for Automation Sales Strategy within Greater Middle East - drive and develop a successful proactive strategy, differentiating the local markets

  • Drive Automation & Digital business development activities - Contact prospects, develop understanding of customer needs, drive opportunities, increase awareness and knowledge sharing in sales community

  • Nurse and develop our Key Account customers within Greater Middle East from an automation and digital solutions perspective

  • Be part of Key Account teams and support Account Managers and participate in sales meetings with customers presentations demonstrating the value Tetra Pak Plant Master

  • Be part of a network with other A&D sales support resources and connected to global teams

  • Support Project Centre's during pre-projects for advanced MES solutions based on Tetra Pak Plant Master portfolio

  • Drive sales projects with stand alone automation solutions and cooperate with Services Sales Managers to drive Automation upgrades

  • Develop supplier relations for our Automation platforms - primarily Siemens, Rockwell and Aveva

We believe you have

  • We are looking for a high self-motivating candidate with good understanding of customer satisfaction and an awareness of Health & Safety. We seek a team-player that have very good communication skills and the ability to work and meet deadlines under pressure. You are interested in developing your skills and taking continual trainings and feel comfortable working within a virtual team. An understanding of continuous & discrete manufacturing, processes within the food industry is a strong plus, as well as experience of the Automation Control systems - Production Control / Production Integrator, System Integration Kit's for PLC, HMI & Database. Knowledge of industrial IT & HW, and Networks.

  • Bachelor or Master degree qualification or knowledge and experience of automation solutions, electrical or electronic engineering and process control.

  • At least 7-10 years of Sales experience in the industrial automation sector.

  • Proven understanding of automation platforms and IT/OT systems design.

  • Experience as Automation engineer with direct field experience in the implementation of automation and digital solutions (PLC & HMI / MES / MOM / ERP Integration/ IIoT) is considered as a strong plus.

  • Experience in Portfolio Management, Business Development, Consulting Services and new digital business models is a plus

  • Very good knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell and Aveva automation and digital products

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must.

  • Fluent in French and Arabic will be an added advantage.

  • Full driving license.
