Job Description


  • ETrade Certificate processing, issuance and related file management

  • Ensure that the certificates & registrations processed are in accordance with contract requirements and business rules.

  • Enter in the operating system information (lines/fields) from the SRs and all other information requested by management.

  • Ensure client needs are fully met by Certification Centre by providing prompt and professional certification service.

  • Maintain high quality & productivity level.

Qualifications

  • Diploma graduate or Engineering qualifications in relevant field with at least 1-3 years experience; customer service, front office and coordination experience are advantage.

  • Digital marketing exposure is an added advantage but not a must.

  • Decisive, Assertive and Results Oriented.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Fluent in English and any other languages are an advantage.

  • Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity.
