Job Description
ETrade Certificate processing, issuance and related file management
Ensure that the certificates & registrations processed are in accordance with contract requirements and business rules.
Enter in the operating system information (lines/fields) from the SRs and all other information requested by management.
Ensure client needs are fully met by Certification Centre by providing prompt and professional certification service.
Maintain high quality & productivity level.
Qualifications
Diploma graduate or Engineering qualifications in relevant field with at least 1-3 years experience; customer service, front office and coordination experience are advantage.
Digital marketing exposure is an added advantage but not a must.
Decisive, Assertive and Results Oriented.
Good communication skills.
Fluent in English and any other languages are an advantage.
Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity.
