Job Description

Your main tasks:

  • Set action plans for promoting and selling Reynaers products to projects allocated within assigned area(s).

  • Expand market reach by planning frequent visits to existing or prospective customers.

  • Ensure implementation of credit control policy in line with finance commitments.

  • Follow up on and analyze projects based on priority in order to secure and stand out from the competition, as well as provide feedback on the success route so that Reynaers may secure additional projects with existing and new customers. Hence ensuring proper excellent exposure of Reynaers products to all parties.

  • Attaining the maximum technical knowledge so while presenting to clients, architects and fabricators unique selling prepositions can be presented in addition to basic submittals, test reports, and Reynaer marketing tools.

  • Doing a monthly presentation as well as filling the expected orders lists, filling CRM/Salesforce is mandatory so a better market picture can be presented to the Management.

  • Offering marketing ideas about market needs or tools required or preferred by Architect.

  • Being inline and asking for the support from Architectural Architect Department so our positioning of getting Reynaers specified become more essentials.

  • Studying the projects and advising the priority of inquires before sending it to Reynaers technical team for estimation to ensure the inquiry is complete and detailed enabling the technical team to prepare a useful offer.

Your responsibilities:

  • Putting a target for each customers and allocating the relevant project to the most appropriate fabricator in Middle (Riyadh)- Saudi Market.

  • Physically visit customers on a regular basis.

  • Manages sales force within the defined territory; and if required to support other area’s that the department covers like West & the East of Saudi.

  • Conducting technical sales presentations to the clients, architects and consultants to increase the awareness of Reynaers availability on the market and provide excellent service quality to customers.

Skills

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering level, and you already have a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in Aluminum/ construction field.

  • You should be based in Riyadh - Saudi or ready to travel to be based in (Riyadh).

  • You are dynamic, ready to travel and result-oriented: you take initiative and respond proactively to challenges.

  • You can express yourself fluently in English & Arabic, and have the following skills & qualifications:

  • Able to read and elaborate on shop drawings using AutoCAD.

  • Efficient e-mail communication.

  • Knowledge of salesforce is an added value.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to meet targets.
