Job Description

Main Tasks

  1. Develop action plans for promoting and selling Reynaers products to projects within assigned area(s).

  2. Expand market reach by planning frequent visits to existing or prospective customers.

  3. Ensure implementation of credit control policy in line with finance commitments.

  4. Follow up on and analyze projects based on priority to secure and stand out from the competition, providing feedback on successful strategies to secure additional projects.

  5. Attain maximum technical knowledge to present unique selling propositions to clients, architects, and fabricators, including basic submittals, test reports, and Reynaers marketing tools.

  6. Conduct monthly presentations and maintain expected orders lists, filling CRM/Salesforce for better market insight.

  7. Offer marketing ideas based on market needs or preferred tools by architects.

  8. Collaborate with the Architectural Department to strengthen Reynaers' positioning and get specified for projects.

  9. Study projects and advise on the priority of inquiries before sending them to the Reynaers technical team for estimation.

Responsibilities

  1. Set targets for each customer and allocate relevant projects to the most appropriate fabricator in the Riyadh - Saudi Market.

  2. Regularly visit customers in person.

  3. Manage sales force within the defined territory, including supporting other areas covered by the department like West & the East of Saudi.

  4. Conduct technical sales presentations to clients, architects, and consultants to increase awareness of Reynaers' availability and provide excellent service quality.

  5. Ensure a detailed understanding of shop drawings using AutoCAD.

  6. Efficiently communicate via email.

  7. Utilize Salesforce effectively if applicable.

  8. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

  9. Possess good communication skills.

  10. Utilize problem-solving skills effectively.

  11. Meet set targets.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

  • 4-6 years’ experience in Aluminum/construction field.

  • Based in Riyadh - Saudi or willing to relocate.

  • Dynamic, result-oriented, and proactive.

  • Fluency in English & Arabic.

  • Ability to read and elaborate on shop drawings using AutoCAD.

  • Proficient in email communication.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Effective problem-solving skills.
