Job Description
Preparation of client quotation, PO to Supplier, follow up delivery, custom clearance, Client delivery, Invoicing etc. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing brochures as required.
To follow-up for timely execution of the orders on a regular basis
To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
To keep a track of all orders and if any issue report to Commercial Manager.
To take care of any other jobs / responsibilities being allocated to him by Commercial Manager and supply him with any information required.
Skills
Bachelor Degree in related field.
Exp. of 4 - 6 years in the same field.
Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
Ability to implement the 'customer first' approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
