Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Warehouse Operation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Operation Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely processing of orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Warehouse Operation Manager in planning and organizing warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.

  • Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and timely delivery to customers.

  • Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper handling and storage of products.

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

  • Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Operation Manager.

  • Assist in preparing and implementing warehouse policies and procedures.

  • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring correct handling and documentation.

  • Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and generate reports.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a distribution or logistics company.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

  • Proficient in using warehouse management software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Must be able to lift and move heavy objects.
