Job Description
We are a leading organization in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry, committed to developing our leaders to drive our business forward. We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Leadership Development activities in alignment with our business priorities and Qatarization plans.
Position: Leadership Development Manager
Job Context & Major Challenges:
Strategically articulate, align, and drive the leadership development agenda to ensure leaders are competent and prepared for current and future challenges.
Uphold Leadership Development to reflect industry best practices while navigating challenges related to Qatarization.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Budgeting and Procurement:
Facilitate preparation of annual budget estimates for Leadership Development activities.
Monitor training contract implementation and procurement processes to ensure compliance and budget adherence.
II. Leadership Development Planning:
Support in formulating the Annual Leadership Development Plan based on talent pool and succession planning review.
Develop detailed plans for leadership training and curriculum delivery.
III. Program Coordination and Evaluation:
Coordinate creation and maintenance of leadership development materials.
Design, deliver, and facilitate leadership development programs, including coaching and team building.
Monitor individual progress against development plans and evaluate the impact of interventions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
8 years of training and career development experience in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of leadership development, succession planning, and talent management best practices.
