Job Description
Responsibilities
\[ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team\[ Mentoring and coaching team members to improve sales skills
\[ lead a sales team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, and creating sales plans.
\[ Identify new potential customers and contact them.
\[ Plan and prioritize personal sales activities towards achieving agreed business aims, defined selling standards, arranged goals and specific market development strategy.
\[ Inform customers about the company’s products and respond to all relevant issues and requests in a professional manner.
\[ Follow up with customers for new and repeat orders
\[ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
\[ Keep an accurate record of all customer visits, contacts, purchase orders, files, images etc and the updated records to be shared at the end of each working day
\[ Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, provide relevant information, ideas or feedback and assist team where necessary.
\[ Manage the deliveries and proper placement of products in the supermarkets
\[ Achieve the minimum Revenue Profit targets defined and mutually agreed.
\[ Any other duties as assigned by the company.
