Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
Identify and target new customers and market segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Negotiate and close sales deals
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives
Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Preferred Candidate:
* Proven experience in sales within the FMCG industry
Strong understanding of FMCG market trends and customer preferences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation and closing skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
