Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling automotive services and products, such as extended warranties, accessories, or maintenance packages, will be part of your duties to contribute to the dealership's revenue growth.
As an Automotive Aftersales Executive, your primary role is to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction during the post-sales phase. This involves handling customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing expert technical assistance for vehicle-related issues.
Collaboration with service technicians and parts departments is essential, as you'll be tasked with accurately maintaining service records, handling billing and invoicing, and ensuring customers are informed promptly about service progress and associated expenses.
