Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the rental car business, including customer service, fleet management, reservations, and rental agreements.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and maximize revenue and profitability.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by maintaining high service standards, addressing customer concerns, and fostering a customer-centric culture.
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and develop effective marketing and promotional initiatives.
Manage the rental car fleet, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, cleaning, and disposal, to ensure availability, safety, and optimal utilization.
Develop and implement pricing strategies, rental policies, and procedures to maximize revenue and control costs.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of rental car agents and support staff, providing coaching and guidance to enhance their skills and productivity.
Establish and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to drive business partnerships and secure long-term contracts.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, rental car industry standards, and internal policies and procedures.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and operational efficiency through process enhancements and technology adoption.
Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging trends, and best practices in the rental car industry, incorporating them into business strategies and operations.
