Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise the daily operations of the automotive service department.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Preferred Candidate:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good understanding of automotive systems and technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
