Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the CRM system.
Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
Preferred Candidate:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
