SWI Senior Manager

Trojena Clusters is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee the delivery of infrastructure projects from concept design to handover. The successful candidate will provide leadership in health, safety, and environmental management, build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:

• Manage the delivery of infrastructure projects from concept design through to handover, ensuring adherence to agreed time, cost, and quality levels.

• Provide strong leadership on health, safety, and environmental management.

• Collaborate with other Trojena Clusters teams and provide support as needed.

• Manage consultants and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.

• Act as a technical and managerial mentor to junior staff.

• Ensure construction works comply with relevant regulations and standards.

• Maintain tests and records to ensure building approvals are met.

• Interface with local building authorities and inspectors as required.

• Obtain environmental permits for work in the field.

• Interface with other NEOM divisions and stakeholders as needed.

• Manage construction progress against targets and budget.

• Implement innovative construction methods to accelerate project delivery.

• Develop strong relationships with the supply chain.

• Ensure high levels of quality are achieved.

• Assist in drafting contractor RFPs and scope of works.

• Support design teams with innovation and value engineering solutions.

• Advise on buildability throughout the design process.

• Manage and report on construction progress, quality, and performance.

• Complete post-construction activities prior to handover to the facilities team.

Background, Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a construction management related subject.

• 10+ years of relevant experience as a Project/Construction Manager on large-scale complex infrastructure projects.

• Experience in logistically challenging locations.

• Experience in Project/Construction management procurement of infrastructure.

• Knowledgeable about construction principles and building regulations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Experience managing multiple contractors and projects.

• Knowledge of safety systems and processes.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Qualifications:

• Degree or above in construction management related subject.

• 10+ years of experience.

• Experience with Modern Methods of Construction is an advantage.
