• Network Infrastructure Architect

  • Design, build, and maintain the backbone of the organization's technology.

Summary:

We seek a talented and experienced Network Infrastructure Architect to join our team. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining our organization's technology infrastructure, covering networks, servers, storage, and security. Collaboration with other IT professionals is essential to ensure our infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Network & IT infrastructure solutions aligned with the organization's business needs.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and system specifications.

• Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies for implementation.

• Manage and optimize existing infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Provide technical support to other IT professionals.

• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.

Role Purpose:

The Network Infrastructure Architect will play a pivotal role in the Tech & Digital infrastructure for Sindalah & Islands, contributing to the design and development of Infrastructure solutions such as ICT Network, Corporate Domain Services, and Data Center.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise/Service Provider networks.

• Proven experience as a Network Infrastructure Architect or similar role.

• Strong understanding of networking, Domain Infrastructure, storage, and security concepts.

• Experience with virtualization technologies.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to interpret complex business requirements and encapsulate business logic/rules into reusable libraries.

• Experience with IoT platforms such as AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, and Google Cloud IoT Core (advantageous).

• Experience with security and privacy in IoT systems (a plus).

• Experience in the Hospitality sector (a plus).

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Excellent oral and written communication.

• Attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• 10+ - 20 years of experience in Network & IT infrastructure design and implementation.
