Head of Project Reporting and Data Analytics

Key Accountabilities & Activities:

1. Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.

2. Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.

3. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

4. Lead a team of project managers and support staff, providing coaching and mentoring.

5. Develop robust analytics frameworks to monitor project performance and evaluate outcomes.

6. Implement performance management processes and strategies, addressing skills gaps and training needs.

7. Develop and implement reporting and analytics processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Executive Director.

8. Conduct detailed analyses of project data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide strategic insights.

Background, Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Over 10 years of experience in managing complex projects, with at least 5 years in Project Management.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proven financial management experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering high-value projects.

• Experience leading and managing high-performing teams and individuals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

• Industry Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred.
