Invoicing Specialist (ESV invoicing): Dammam 2nd Industrial

Job Summary:

Looking for invoicing officer to handle issuing invoices to customers based on deliveries of material and services, and following up through customers' procedures and gateways until payments are received.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Third party invoicing to customers

• Ensure all billing documents follow Sox guidelines and customer requirements

• Research issues as they arise and bring resolution in a timely manner.

• Copying/Scanning/Mailing

• Other duties as assigned

Technical Skills:

• Advanced MS Office Suite

• Advanced skills in ERP systems, JDE or TAT experience a plus

Experience and Education:

• Experience with Aramco ESV invoicing system.

• Finance educational background.

• Must have 3-5 years invoicing experience

• Proficiency in English and Arabic
