Job Description
Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager will head the expansion of our Lighting products into KSA market.
This role is responsible for driving growth and increasing market share internationally and design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its competitiveness in the market.
This includes setting sales targets, comparing them to performance, adjusting targets as needed, and identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, with specific expertise in the lighting products sector in KSA.
- Experience in lighting project sales.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex sales cycles.
-Technical knowledge of lighting products and their applications.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
