Job Description

Position Overview:

  • The Regional Sales Manager will head the expansion of our Lighting products into KSA market.

  • This role is responsible for driving growth and increasing market share internationally and design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its competitiveness in the market.

  • This includes setting sales targets, comparing them to performance, adjusting targets as needed, and identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, with specific expertise in the lighting products sector in KSA.

  • -  Experience in lighting project sales.

  • - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  • - Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex sales cycles.

  • -Technical knowledge of lighting products and their applications.

  • - Strong negotiation skills.

  • - Strategic and analytical thinking, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
