Yard / Rigging Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily yard operations within the warehouse, specifically in a non-processing area

away from the plants, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

• Oversee the loading, unloading, and organization of materials and equipment in the yard.

• Coordinate with project managers, logistics personnel, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate

delivery of materials.

• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and proper use of rigging and slinging techniques.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and yard activities.

• Conduct regular inspections of the yard to identify and resolve potential safety hazards.

• Train and mentor yard staff, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
