Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Experience in accurately sorting incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely and correct delivery
2. Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with postal inquiries, processing transactions, and addressing any concerns.
3. Experience in handling postal equipment, including bar code machine.
4. Maintaining accurate records of mail distribution and book keeping.
5. Must be able to read and write English fluently.
6.Computer literacy is a plus.
