Job Description

As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading LATRO’s marketing initiatives across North and South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. This pivotal role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, including a significant focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) as a cornerstone of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. The ideal candidate will develop targeted marketing activities to engage specific accounts, leveraging technology and analytics to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and customer engagement in key regions. 

The Director of Marketing reports to the VP of Marketing. This role is based in LATRO’s Dubai, UAE office.   

Key requirements:

  • Develop and implement LATRO’s marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on ABM to align with our GTM strategy and business objectives

  • Spearhead LATRO’s brand management, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all regions

  • Utilize ABM tools and platforms to identify key accounts, customize messaging, and execute targeted campaigns that resonate with our strategic accounts

  • Collaborate with sales, presales, product development and services teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to account engagement and conversion

  • Lead the production of compelling marketing materials and digital content that effectively communicate LATRO’s value proposition

  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and online advertising, to maximize LATRO’s online presence

  • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to adapt marketing strategies and tactics accordingly

  • Oversee marketing performance metrics, utilizing data to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI

  • Lead, develop and manage a multicultural team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure individual and collective success

Skills

  • Proven track record of 7-10 years of marketing leadership, with a strong background in ABM and B2B marketing

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing bespoke B2B marketing strategies, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sectors

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to operational execution

  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset for decision-making

  • Agile and adaptable, comfortable working in a lean environment and navigating regional market dynamics

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, WordPress, 6Sense)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with C-Level decision-makers and other levels of an organization

  • Language fluency (spoken and written): English required. Arabic, French, and Spanish a plus
