This critical role will be responsible for assisting the Design Division in reviewing and monitoring Monthly and Annual Business Plans and providing both strategic and day to day support to project teams on invoice management, and revenue and expense analysis to including weekly updates and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts and monitoring progress on a monthly basis.

• Preparation of monthly financial reporting based on weekly reviews and updates.

• Assisting project teams with invoice management, and revenue and expense analysis.

• Providing support to project leaders in their review and analysis of project progress reports, labor, cost, and expense reports, (including sub-consultant management), generated within DELTEK.

• Monitoring cash collection (planned v/s actual).

• Utilise Vision Performance Management (Tableau) to produce metrics for analysis.

• Manage and report on internal LRI and CRI metrics.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 7 years’ post-graduate career experience partnered with a Finance or Management Accounting Degree. Master-level qualification is preferred.

• Chartered Accountant status will be viewed as advantageous.
