Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team remotely. You will monitor and analyze social media platforms, providing insights to enhance our clients' social media presence and engagement. Your role is crucial in understanding trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform research on benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
Design and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Set objectives and report on ROI.
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily.
Oversee social media account designs.
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams for brand consistency.
Communicate with followers and monitor customer reviews.
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
Stay updated with social media trends and tools.
Skills
Desired Skills:
Regularly track and analyze social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) to identify trends, brand mentions, and user interactions.
Collect, interpret, and analyze social media data using analytics tools. Monitor engagement metrics, reach, sentiment analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Create comprehensive reports and dashboards summarizing social media performance, key metrics, and campaign results. Present findings to internal teams and clients with actionable recommendations.
Conduct audience research to identify target demographics, preferences, and interests. Use this data to develop effective social media strategies and content plans.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize social media campaigns based on performance analysis and industry best practices. Recommend adjustments to content, targeting, and ad spend to maximize ROI.
Keep abreast of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Apply this knowledge to propose innovative strategies and tactics.
Monitor social media conversations, feedback, and reviews related to clients' brands. Provide insights and suggestions for addressing customer concerns or improving brand sentiment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Analyst or similar role.
Hands-on experience with social media platforms for business.
Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media best practices.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in social media management tools and design software.
Excellent copywriting skills and ability to deliver creative content.
BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
