Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy Development and Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the companies business activities.
Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional and marketing materials.
Set marketing goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Team Leadership and Management
Manage and lead the marketing team, including hiring, training, development, and performance management.
Provide direction and leadership to marketing staff, ensuring efficient and effective team performance.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Evaluate the performance of campaigns and analyze ROI.
Coordinate and manage external agencies and suppliers.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making processes.
Digital Marketing and Social Media
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Manage the companys online presence and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs.
Budget Management
Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Ensure cost-effectiveness and monitor expenditures.
Provide periodic financial analysis to senior management.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and executive teams, to align marketing strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, media, and industry organizations.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, SEO, analytics tools).

Working Conditions:
