Job Description
As an Assistant Sales Manager - Horeca channel, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in driving sales and achieving revenue targets within the Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) channel in Kuwait. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize market share and increase profitability. This role requires a strong understanding of the Horeca industry and excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets within the Horeca channel
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the Horeca channel
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Horeca channel
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports for management
Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Preferred Candidate:
2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Horeca industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Highly motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using sales CRM software
Fluent in English and Arabic
