Job Description

A highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our inbound sales team, specializing in catering to the Chinese market. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in Mandarin Chinese, a deep understanding of Chinese cultural nuances, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with Chinese customers, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the purchasing process to drive sales growth in the Chinese market.


  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from Chinese customers via phone calls, emails, live chat, and other communication channels.

  • Listen actively to understand the needs, preferences, and concerns of Chinese customers, demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity throughout the interaction.

  • Provide detailed information about products or services in Mandarin Chinese, highlighting features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.

  • Recommend suitable solutions or products based on the customer's requirements, aiming to upsell or cross-sell when appropriate

  • Proficiency in using sales software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other relevant technology can streamline the sales process and enhance productivity.

  • Work towards achieving and exceeding inbound sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company, contributing to overall revenue growth.

  • Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and market developments relevant to the Chinese market, continuously improving knowledge and skills.

  • Guide Chinese customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from initial inquiry to final purchase confirmation.

  • Offer detailed information about products or services in Mandarin Chinese, highlighting features, benefits, pricing, and any promotions or discounts available.

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree; Sales, Business Administration, or related fields

  • 3-5 Years of similar experience

  • Advanced Diploma in travel - IATA course.
