Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective trade marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of trade marketing activities and the achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective trade promotions, merchandising tactics, and sales support materials.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and campaigns, and make recommendations for improvement.
Build strong relationships with key trade partners and distributors to drive sales and achieve mutually beneficial business outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team in executing trade marketing initiatives and achieving sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in trade marketing, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve trade marketing strategies and tactics.
Preferred Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in trade marketing or related roles, preferably in the FMCG (Food) industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable trade marketing plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and trade marketing software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
