Job Description

  • As a Performance and projects specialist, you will influence decision-making through quality and in-depth analysis, using various analytical and CRM tools, to give insights on ongoing projects.

  • The role will require you to manage project implementation including stakeholder coordination and collaborating with teams.

  • Performance Reporting and Analysis

  • Managing key projects in collaboration with the sales and account management team for business development

  • Utilize CRM tools to provide in-depth analysis of key performance and operational areas, and strategize using problem-solving techniques

  • Design, develop, and maintain ongoing performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive key business decisions

  • Responsible for optimizing our performance reporting structure and repeatable process

  • Synthesise performance trends and business performance

  • Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement

  • Develop reporting material in a succinct, visual manner

  • Analytical support for various forums

  • Perform deep-dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership

  • Drive strategic analysis and provide recommendations for ad hoc requests, both from within the team and externally.

  • Inputting performance forecasts and targets for business cases through scenario modeling

  • Develop joint business plans to support the different department teams

  • Deliver unbiased insights to improve customer service and logistics performance

  • Building a performance-focused culture

  • Work with delivery teams throughout the lifecycle of programs to ensure that the right KPIs and targets have been set.

  • Making sure that a focus on outcomes and performance is integrated into everything we do.

  • Propose product enhancements to improve experience/ business performance

  • Experiment with new ideas and investigate results for better potentiality of Growth and achieve targets through different channels

  • Uncover insights and opportunities and translate them into product enhancements to improve customer and partner experience

  5. Have at least 4 years of working experience
