Job Description
As a Performance and projects specialist, you will influence decision-making through quality and in-depth analysis, using various analytical and CRM tools, to give insights on ongoing projects.
The role will require you to manage project implementation including stakeholder coordination and collaborating with teams.
Performance Reporting and Analysis
Managing key projects in collaboration with the sales and account management team for business development
Utilize CRM tools to provide in-depth analysis of key performance and operational areas, and strategize using problem-solving techniques
Design, develop, and maintain ongoing performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive key business decisions
Responsible for optimizing our performance reporting structure and repeatable process
Synthesise performance trends and business performance
Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement
Develop reporting material in a succinct, visual manner
Analytical support for various forums
Perform deep-dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership
Drive strategic analysis and provide recommendations for ad hoc requests, both from within the team and externally.
Inputting performance forecasts and targets for business cases through scenario modeling
Develop joint business plans to support the different department teams
Deliver unbiased insights to improve customer service and logistics performance
Building a performance-focused culture
Work with delivery teams throughout the lifecycle of programs to ensure that the right KPIs and targets have been set.
Making sure that a focus on outcomes and performance is integrated into everything we do.
Propose product enhancements to improve experience/ business performance
Experiment with new ideas and investigate results for better potentiality of Growth and achieve targets through different channels
Uncover insights and opportunities and translate them into product enhancements to improve customer and partner experience

Have strong project management skills
Have at least 4 years of working experience
