Role Summary
We are embarking on an exciting new journey to define 3 additional operational arms within our Product & Tech department: Content Ops, Design Ops and Research Ops. Be part of this exciting journey as you take the lead on defining the new space and scaling the team. This role will work closely with our Product Designers, Content Designers, Researchers and our Brand team.
What's On Your Plate?
Scale, define and lead the team in the new space of Content Ops, Design Ops and Research Ops
Establish proper fundamentals within our Content, Design and Research teams world that would increase the efficiency for our colleagues
Ensure functional teams and business stakeholders are aligned to the objectives of Product & Tech
Content Ops
Embark on a journey to own the operations of all content-generating assets, leading to better quality content, faster content and happier teams
Be part of a function that combines people, process and tech allowing us to effectively and efficiently maintain its content lifecycle from start to finish
Own the quality of our content in all markets. Create initiatives that would increase the adherence rate of our guidelines
Design Ops
Act as a bridge between the Design team and its cross-functional partners and leadership, collaborating and supporting the Brand design team to produce best-in-class designs
Coordinate resource allocation, including personnel, tools, and budget, to support design projects and initiatives.
Develop, implement, and optimize design workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and quality
Research Ops
Collaborate with our Researchers by playing a pivotal role in the people, mechanisms, and strategies that set user research in motion
Maintain research participant wellbeing and experience such as management, recruiting, screening, etc.
Establish best-in-class Research Ops governance by creating processes, platforms and guidelines to manage knowledge.
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, design / creative xp, business operations, consulting, product, product operations or similar role
Experience in both creative space + ops a bonus
Experience in leading cross-functional projects and teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable at dealing with ambiguity.
Strong team player, with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision.
Drive key processes to enhance daily business and have the ability to prioritize demands in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
Strong English skills, in both written and verbal communication.
You have a voice that is human, personal and matches our Product brand.
Ability to think like a Product user and be invested in our users' needs.
