About the Role

In this strategic role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Calo's talent development strategy. You will design and implement programs to support employee growth, enhance performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management:

    • Develop resources and tools for performance improvement.

    • Create career progression paths for employees.

    • Design performance dashboards for leadership.

    • Centralize and ensure accessibility of all performance management resources.

    • Differentiate performance standards for white-collar and blue-collar teams.

  • Training & Development:

    • Conduct training needs assessments for all employees.

    • Develop training calendars encompassing technical and general learning topics, leveraging both internal and external speakers.

    • Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs.

    • Design training materials specifically for managers.

    • Oversee the development and implementation of a "High Potential Leaders" program.

    • Support employees in creating Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and guide managers on the PDP development process.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.

  • Willingness to relocate to Bahrain (if not already based there).

  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

  • Proven leadership experience in building and leading successful teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to create and implement performance tracking systems and continuous improvement processes.
