Key Responsibilities:

• Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.

• Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with pupils, organizing learning resources, and maintaining the classroom learning environment.

• Develop and foster appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability, aptitude, and cultural differences.

• Assess and record progress and prepare pupils for examinations.

• Link pupils' knowledge to earlier learning and develop ways to encourage further learning, challenging and inspiring pupils to deepen their knowledge and understanding.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related subjects.

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience or teaching practice in the subject following the UK National Curriculum.

• UK Teaching Qualification (PGCE, QTS).

• Knowledge of Data Disaggregation, Analysis, and Differentiation for Students.

• Recent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding.

• Proven track record of successful teaching and securing outstanding results through high-quality teaching and learning.

• Ability to use data effectively to monitor and enhance student progress.
