The Role

As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the school, supporting the School Principal and ensuring a positive learning environment for all students.

• Oversee a variety of administrative tasks within the school office.

• Manage sensitive documents, including student records.

• Act as a liaison between students, parents, and the School Principal.

• Coordinate and plan maintenance operations for the school facilities.

• Maintain a working knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, etc.) and equipment.

• Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree (minimum).

• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a school environment.

• Experience in planning and managing maintenance operations.

• Understanding of technical aspects of building systems.

• Working knowledge of facilities machinery and equipment.

• Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of child safeguarding practices.
