Operations Manager (AY 24-25)

The Role:

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our school. You'll work closely with the School Principal to manage administrative tasks, student records, and communication between students, parents, and school leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of clerical tasks, including managing sensitive student records.

• Act as a liaison between students, parents, and the Principal.

• Coordinate and oversee administrative processes.

• Contribute to a positive and productive school environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (minimum).

• Fluency in Arabic and English.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a school setting.

• Experience in planning and managing maintenance operations.

• Understanding of technical aspects of building systems (plumbing, carpentry, electrical).

• Working knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment.

• Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of child safeguarding practices.
