Job Description
The Patient Access Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating patient applications within Patient Access Program(s) in the region. This role involves liaising with hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and patients, as well as carrying out administrative duties both in the field and office-based settings. The jobholder will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure timely patient file approval and efficient administration of the program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaise with hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and patients.
Administer co-payment reimbursement solutions.
Collaborate with the Program Manager to secure patient file approval.
Ensure completeness and timeliness of patient files submission according to project processes and timelines.
Conduct visits to patients, doctors, pharmacies, and private sectors as required.
Ensure prompt delivery of medications to current patients.
Prepare monthly monitoring reports on patient numbers and charities support, and quarterly reports for internal purposes.
Monitor and track patient files in real-time using Axios' Patient Management System.
Maintain and update electronic program files, including patient and quality assurance data.
Attend Pharmacovigilance, Pharma, and Product Training provided by the Client.
Report adverse events/product complaints as per client's requirements and Axios SOPPs.
Conduct all program activities through exclusive use of Axios' Patient Management System.
Perform administrative duties for the office.
Relationships:
Work closely with Line Manager and Program Assistant in the region.
Report to the Line Manager in the region.
Collaborate with related divisions of Axios.
Maintain ongoing communication with Axios staff, including global staff.

Educational Background and Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Social Work or Public Health preferred.
1 to 2 years of working experience in an administrative role preferred.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Experience in data monitoring and management.
Experience in customer service management.
Job Circumstances:
Position based in the regional office with frequent travel to clients and partners.
Flexibility in travel and working hours is essential.
