Job Description
We are the leading dental agency in the MENA region, specializing in patient acquisition for dental clinics. We manage the entire process, from targeted advertising to appointment booking, allowing dentists to focus on patient care.
Job Summary:
This remote position is responsible for acquiring new patients for our partner dental clinics. You will conduct outbound calls (B2C and B2B), follow up with leads, book appointments, and manage communication through LinkedIn messages and emails.
Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through outbound calls to potential patients and dental clinics.
Follow up with leads to answer questions, address concerns, and convert them into confirmed appointments.
Schedule appointments with patients at partner dental clinics.
Manage communication with leads and patients via LinkedIn messages and emails.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience with cold calling (required).
Fluency in English and Arabic (required).
Immediate availability (required).
Access to a laptop and stable internet connection for remote work (required).
