Variation order, preparation, submittal and follow up.
Material usage statistical analysis.
Compilation of material information supplied by subcontractors and suppliers. Preparation and submittal of Material Approval Requests including following up with the consultant Engineer to secure approval.
Subcontractor payment and variation preparation.
Skills
Education - Degree or Diploma in Civil / Architecture / QS
Experience - 5+ years experience with building contracting companies.
Must be computer literate.
