• Shop Drawing Preparation: able to prepare detailed shop drawings for structural components and rebar details, ensuring precision and adherence to project design drawings and specifications.

• Bar Bending Schedule (BBS): Proficiency in generating comprehensive BBS documents is essential for accurate estimation of material quantities.

• CAD Proficiency: Mastery of CAD software is crucial for creating precise and detailed structural drawings. Your role will involve translating design concepts into meticulous construction plans.

• Revit Skill & other Rebar Detailing Software: Familiarity with Revit and rebar detailing software is a major advantage.

• Collaborative Approach: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to coordinate structural design requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure project success.

Draftsman Architecture:

• Shop Drawing Production: able to prepare detailed shop drawings for various architectural components, including general arrangement, framing plans, block work, finishing, landscaping, and other architectural details.

• CAD and Revit Proficiency: Mastery of CAD and Revit software is essential for accurately translating design concepts into detailed construction plans.

• Collaborative Approach: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to coordinate architectural design requirements, resolve technical issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of architectural drafting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
