• Experience and knowledge of repair and maintenance of light & heavy machineries such as cars, generators, compressors, mobile cranes, truck/trailers and other heavy construction equipment with experience in Tower Crane maintenance, erection & dismantling activities.

• Monitor and Control the work done by technicians and performance of all jobs that enter the workshop (Daily repairs, Maintenance and preventive maintenance).

•  Allocate proper resources for all required mechanical or electrical jobs (i.e. manpower, spare parts, tools, etc).

•  Prepare and control daily progress summary reports and preventive maintenance plans.

•  Works in a cost effective and efficient manner.

•  Perform quality checks of defective equipment & vehicles after repair activities.

•  Control safety and housekeeping at respective work areas.

•  Estimate costs of parts and man hours to be consumed during scheduled maintenance.

Skills

Education

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related engineering discipline.

Experience

- 7+ years experience in similar capacity preferably in a construction company.

Knowledge of Construction Plant, Equipment & related industry standards.

Must be computer literate.
