About the Role:
To manage and direct control merchandising operation in order to achieve ALMARAI standard and project positive image of the company in the entire Region by implementing & maintaining the ALMARAI Merchandising policy. With well-trained Merchandising forces.
Requirement:
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
Should be holding a Degree in Marketing or related field.
Must have 5 years supervisory or managerial experience in sales or merchandising.
Experience in key accounts merchandising is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have competencies such as; Creative & innovative thinking; Leadership skills; Planning & organizing; Ability to provide timely feedback on competitors' activities; Team building & leading; Customer relation & service.
