We are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

• Researching Market Needs and Trends: Conducting market research to understand customer preferences, behaviors, and emerging trends.

• Generating Creative Marketing Ideas: Developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to different industries and target audiences. Brainstorming creative concepts that effectively communicate key messages and differentiate the brand.

• Analyzing Feasibility and Potential Outcome: Assessing the feasibility and potential impact of marketing ideas by conducting cost-benefit analysis, evaluating risks, and considering various factors such as market demand, competition, and resource allocation.

• Ensuring Market and Culture Appropriateness: Ensuring that marketing ideas are culturally sensitive and aligned with the values, beliefs, and preferences of the target audience.

• Implementing Marketing Ideas: Developing detailed implementation plans and timelines for executing marketing strategies.

• Building Relations with Relevant Partners: Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners such as agencies, vendors, influencers, and industry experts. Collaborating with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise.

• Monitoring and Evaluating Performance: Tracking the performance of marketing initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, data analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and data-driven decisions.

• Staying Updated on Industry Trends: Keeping abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
