Microbiologist

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire pharmaceutical product development lifecycle, from research and design to implementation.

• Conduct thorough research, design experiments, analyze data, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Lead cross-functional teams to guarantee project timelines and successful completion.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure the safety and efficacy of new drugs.

• Manage the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation (INDs, NDAs, etc.) for product approval.

• Monitor drug performance in the market and address any safety or quality concerns.

• Collaborate effectively with external partners, such as contract research organizations and regulatory agencies, to expedite drug development and approval.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

• Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a closely related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on product development and regulatory affairs.

• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., FDA guidelines) and industry standards.

• Proven track record of managing pharmaceutical projects from conception to launch.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

• Ability to thrive in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
