Production Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures.

• Monitor the production process to ensure the machinery is running smoothly and make necessary adjustments as needed.

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.

• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machinery issues to minimize production delays.

• Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Document production and machine maintenance activities accurately and timely.

Preferred Candidate:

* Prior experience as a Production Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of various types of production machinery.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
