The Opportunity:
In this vital role, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of all project documentation. You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining drawing files, adhering to strict quality control standards. You'll also collaborate with colleagues across various disciplines, fostering a strong team environment.
What You'll Do:
Document Control Expert:
Ensure the quality and accuracy of all drawings and related documents for various projects.
Maintain and organize drawing files and registers according to established procedures.
Utilize manual drawing conversion tools to convert raster or vector files.
Quality Assurance Champion:
Work within the framework of Worley's Quality Assurance system, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
Conduct internal audits to identify and address any potential quality control issues.
Safety First:
Prioritize safety in the workplace, adhering to all occupational health and safety (OH&S) procedures.
Team Player & Leader:
Collaborate effectively with engineers, project teams, and other stakeholders.
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly convey technical information.
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
Relevant experience in oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical process drawing drafting/design.
Proficiency in manual drawing conversion tools (raster or vector) and document editing software.
Familiarity with various process engineering activities.
Dynamic and enthusiastic approach to work.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a team environment and lead by example.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
