Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. You will play a key role in identifying training needs, designing and delivering effective training programs, and evaluating their impact on employee performance and organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Training Needs Identification:
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill and knowledge gaps within the organization.
Analyze employee performance data and feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure training programs align with the company's strategic objectives.
Training Program Development:
Design and develop customized training programs tailored to specific needs.
Select appropriate training methodologies (instructor-led, e-learning, blended learning) and delivery methods.
Create high-quality training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.
Training Program Implementation:
Coordinate logistics and scheduling of training programs.
Recruit and select qualified trainers or subject matter experts.
Oversee the delivery of training programs and ensure quality and consistency.
Training Evaluation:
Develop and implement evaluation plans to measure training effectiveness.
Collect and analyze feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement.
Report evaluation findings to senior management and stakeholders to demonstrate the value of training investments.
Training Resource Management:
Develop and manage training budgets for efficient resource allocation.
Proactively research and evaluate new training technologies and resources.
Maintain and update training records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development, Instructional Design, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development, ideally within the hospitality industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Expertise in instructional design principles and training methodologies.
Ability to identify and address training needs through needs assessments.
Project management and organizational skills.
Excellent analytical and evaluation skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in the hospitality sector.
