Responsibilities

1. Provide and Manage IES PL Support: Act as the focal point for clients and other product lines requiring support in subsurface domains, assisting in business growth and enhancing collaboration among product lines.

2. Safety, Security & Compliance: Uphold corporate governance standards, prioritize quality, health, safety, security, and environmental protection, ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.

3. Quality: Ensure adherence to the company's quality policies, prioritize service quality, and seek continuous improvement.

4. Operations: Supervise timely and accurate processing, interpretation, and evaluation of IES products, manage IES personnel, and collaborate with customers and sales teams.

5. Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, internally and externally, and establish successful communication lines between all parties.

6. Financial: Monitor finances closely, identify financial challenges/opportunities, and create business cases for resource allocation.

7. People & Development: Develop employees' careers, engage in performance management, and drive talent management initiatives.

8. Vision & Leadership: Demonstrate leadership, formulate strategic approaches to IES operations, drive multi-product line integration, and provide coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Extensive management experience in Reservoir/Petroleum Engineering or Petrophysics/Geoscience.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Geoscience from an accredited university.

• Detailed knowledge of customer objectives in subsurface characterization and their relevance to business.

• General understanding of WFRD segments and their relevance to IES domains.

• Financial understanding of key project evaluation metrics.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Willingness to develop business acumen skills.

• Ideally based in Kuwait.

Preferred

• Proven record of collaboration project conception and execution.

• Experience in multiple segments relevant to subsurface evaluation.

• Previous roles with financial accountability.

• Experience in training and development.

• Management experience in Geoscience domains.

• Postgraduate studies related to Geoscience or business administration.

• Project Management Certificate.
