Job Description: As a Wireline Operator at Weatherford, you will be responsible for operating equipment and machinery essential to energy production operations. This role requires hands-on involvement in running equipment and systems, ensuring precise instrumentation and operation. Working as part of a field crew under the supervision of a Field Engineer or Field Specialist, you will contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of services.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and Weatherford policies to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Perform duties in accordance with the Quality Policy and comply with Quality Systems Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.

  • Operate auxiliary and primary equipment, including driving, rigging up, operating, and rigging down equipment on location.

  • Maintain equipment and accurate driving records as per regional transportation requirements.

  • Communicate effectively and provide clear directions to team members.

  • Work on a 24-hour call basis and perform various duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in Wireline operations.

  • High School diploma, skilled labor certificate, or equivalent qualification.

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand equipment functions.

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to obtain one.

  • Valid Hazardous Materials endorsement or ability to obtain one.

  • Valid Tanker endorsement or ability to obtain one.

  • Compliance with region-specific driving regulations and health requirements.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including long and irregular hours.

  • Must have a telephone and be available for 24-hour call duty.
