Teacher Assistant

We're seeking a dedicated and bilingual Teacher's Aide to join our vibrant school community!

Responsibilities:

• Provide valuable support to teachers in a classroom setting, working with students on a one-on-one and small group basis.

• Collaborate with teachers to create engaging learning materials and utilize instructional equipment effectively.

• Assist students with assigned work and projects, fostering their understanding and development.

• Distribute, collect, and grade student materials, maintaining accurate records.

• Deliver small group or individual instruction in areas you've received training for, always under the close supervision of the teacher.

• Partner with teachers to promote a safe and secure learning environment for all students.

• Supervise students on the playground and during field trips, ensuring their well-being.

• Assist with maintaining classroom inventory.

• Help supervise activities such as lunchroom duties, lunch money collection, library activities, recess, or bus duty (as assigned).

• Briefly monitor the classroom independently when the teacher needs to step out.

• Be prepared to undertake other duties assigned by the designated teacher or principal.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or English Literature (preferred).

• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is a requirement.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and parents.

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent organizational skills.

• Passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
