Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesEfficiently issue and renew security permits, both permanent and temporary.
Ensure the efficient issuance and renewal of materials, devices, and vehicles, including entry and exit permits, at Jeddah airports.
Maintain timely follow-up with subcontractor companies to ensure compliance.
Attend security investigations and resolve issues for all employees as needed.
Manage the entry and exit of large items to and from the airport.
Arrange driving license and equipment sessions with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA).
Maintain regular and constructive communication with different internal departments for information exchange.
Coordinate with airport authorities and related security bodies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Take responsibility for all security permit matters and continuously follow up with all concerned parties to ensure smooth operations.
