Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.

  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.

  • Handle all Ministry Portals (GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, QIWA, etc)

  • Should hold good experience managing ERP system

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, emails, and phone calls.

  1. Bilingual Communication:

  • Facilitate communication between English and Arabic-speaking team members and clients.

  • Translate documents, emails, and other materials as needed.

  • Serve as a language liaison for international clients and partners.

  1. Documentation and Filing:

  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic records and files.

  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

  1. Project Coordination:

  • Assist in coordinating various projects and initiatives.

  • Monitor project timelines and deadlines.

  • Prepare project reports and updates.

  1. Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Assist in client inquiries and issue resolution.
