Job Description

As a Business Coordination Analyst, you will analyze key factors for Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and coordinate various processes such as delivery allocation, product and logistics costs, technical product analysis, contractual terms, tax implications, and safety and environmental considerations. You will prepare business proposals for management approval and final quotations for customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for the Offering and Order Acceptance processes, ensuring proper registration in Tenaris transactional systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preliminary strategic analysis for RFQs and coordinate related processes with various departments.

  • Analyze information received from other departments and propose pricing strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Front End (CFE).

  • Prepare customer-ready offers in accordance with RFQ requirements, including technical and contractual deviations, and any additional requested information.

  • Register offers in Tenaris transactional systems (e.g., Dynamics) and manage updates during different business stages.

  • Perform Contract Review process upon order reception and address any inconsistencies.

  • Manage the Order Acceptance process.

  • Request authorizations as per the Authorization Manual for offers, forecasts, and variation orders.

  • Focus on a group of accounts with similarities in business culture, practices, and competitive environment.

  • Ensure compliance with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Protect assigned facilities, equipment, and resources from damage, theft, or misuse.

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge matching the requirements outlined in the job description.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and transactional systems (e.g., Dynamics, SAP).

  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.

  • Adherence to ethical standards and professional conduct.
